解决问题：Jupyter Notebook 无法切换内核
1.anaconda激活自己的虚拟环境（比如我的虚拟环境为torch39） 那么就输入： conda activate torch39 2.将自己的环境添加到ipython的kernel中 那么就输入： python -m ipykernel install --user --name torch39 3.重启 Jupyter Notebook 就可以了 结果如下图：解决问题：Jupyter Notebook 无法切换内核
