1、在appsetting.json中配置参数

2、在program.cs中配置

3、新建一个IPLimitMiddleware类

        {

        {
            var ip = httpContext.Request.Headers["X-Forwarded-For"].FirstOrDefault();

            }

            //后面需要将IP添加到数据库中进行监控,以便对非法IP进行限制
