【M365运维】Teams相关的几个问题

整理了一些用户提到的Teams相关的问题及解答；

1. 录制的直播视频是否可以在编辑后上传替换原先的视频
答：不可以
技术支持的答复: When you had a Teams Live event, the recording, if you enabled, will be saved in Azure Media Services instead of Stream. That means we are not able to edit the recording without download it.|
After you downloading the recording, it will be a normal video file in your local device, just like all other video files. Then you need to upload the video to Stream from your local device manually. Then a URL of this video will be created in Stream. However, if you want to edit the video, you need to do that locally, which means it will become a new video. Then the new video uploaded to Stream will have a new unique URL as well. In that case, you cannot replace the original video but keep the same URL.
Because the Live event recording is different with meeting recording, and it is not saved to Stream, there is no such method to meet your requirement currently.

2. 录制的视频保留多久？
答：录制的直播视频会在Azure Media Service里保留 180天，之后会被删除。

3. 如何收集Teams日志？
- Teams Debug 日志： 同时按下 Ctrl + Shift + Alt + 1，会有一份日志保存到“下载”文件夹中
- Teams Desktop 日志：邮件点击任务栏上的Teams 图标，然后点击“获取日志”

4.如何为网页参会者设置背景?
答：当前还不支持这个功能。（2021.09.07）
对于感兴趣的功能，可以提交用户呼声给到微软。
