jupyter notebook在安装nb_conda插件后，切换虚拟环境报错

报错类型：
ImportError: DLL load failed while importing win32api: 找不到指定的模块

解决：
先卸载pywin32（原来装的版本是228）
安装pywin32==225：
pip install pywin32==225

如果不显示conda新建的虚拟环境，则查看是否在虚拟环境中安装jupyter
conda install jupyter
