   本方法主要是解决测量工程师提出的实际“脱机编程——联机测量”手动采集元素CAD自动提示采点位置的问题。一般之前操作是赋值语句插入图片提示触测位置以及顺序。。。

 

   手动模式DMIS测量块使用PTMEAS点作为测量的引导点,操作员拿到程序后,运行程序在CAD上自动提示采点位置。

在DMIS手动测量模式,MEAS块中的所有PTMEAS被用作引导点被锁定。

 

注意:从CAD上拾取和测量不会自动激活拾取点自动锁定。

方法一:元素锁定功能

 

路径:图形视图-自动功能设置

自动目标缩放:

 

如果选中"自动目标缩放"一项,在选取测量点时或测量过程中RationalDMIS会自动将测量点所在的位置移动到图形窗口的中心并放大显示测量点所在的位置,

 

这样可以使用户更清楚的看到测量点的情况. 注意:"自动目标缩放"项和"进行探头缩放"项同时只能选中一项,也可以都不选中.

 

当选中"自动目标缩放"一项,用户可以选择一个理论元素, 选择理论元素既可以通过DMIS程序也可以通过在元素数据区中点元素节点的右键菜单中选择.

 

选择的测量点会被设置为图形窗口的中心. 同时,RationalDMIS会自动缩放图形以使探头包含在图形窗口中并最大化图形元素.

 

当在程序设置对话框中设置了"自动目标缩放"一项, RationalDMIS会根据探头与选择的测量点之间的接近程度来发出音调不同的声音.

 

下面的两副图显示出当探头由远到近接近测量点时图形窗口视角镜头自动变换的情况.注意在探头探针头和测量点之间总有一条白线相连.
