chrome浏览器安装elasticsearch-head 插件

1. 下载es-head.crx文件

https://github.com/mikewuhao/es-head

2. 将es-head.crx 后缀名改为zip
3. 将更改后的es-head.zip解压成文件
4. 在chrome浏览器中打开扩展程序，加载已解压的扩展程序
