Using a Reasoner(classifies classification) OWL-DL
判断类是否有从属关系，subclass（是不是）；一致性检查，instances（该不该）。
manually constructed手动 = asserted hierachy（理论）
classify the ontology 本体分类 = infered hierachy（推论）
推理机：Reasoner
