本地启动

问题一：安装遇到1146 - Table 'metersphere_dev.QRTZ_LOCKS2' doesn't exist, 

原因：数据库里面，数据表名是qrtz_locks2

解决：设置MySQL表名不区分大小写即可，具体自行百度

问题二：Proxy error: Could not proxy request /ldap/open from 本机电脑:8082 to http://localhost:8081 (ECONNREFUSED).

看下backend启动的哪个端口，端口是否是LISTEN状态，以及localhost是否ping的通，localhost  无法访问的话，在电脑系统hosts文件设置一下
