pycharm安装出现TimeoutError: HTTPSConnectionPool或者Try to run this command from the system terminal.

一开始在安装lxml时出现安装超时
可以选择更换镜像：点击manage repositories->点击‘+’
添加镜像：http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple

但是接着又出现了Try to run this command from the system terminal.的问题：
尝试了很多方法，最后将上面加的阿里云镜像删除，添加另一个镜像：
https://pypi.doubanio.com/simple
就成功了
