记录以上的 ip ，按照下面模板进行修改

140.82.113.3 github.com
199.232.69.194 github.global.ssl.fastly.net

185.199.110.153 assets-cdn.github.com
185.199.111.153 assets-cdn.github.com

下一步 找到C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc中的hosts文件，进行修改，在hosts文件最后附上上面内容
