互联网时代背景下“众筹模式”发展文献综述

摘要：

本文基于对已有互联网背景下的“众筹模式”的研究资料进行简要整合， 从“众筹模式”起源着眼，考虑到发展特点，通过对互联网“股权众筹”的发展现状和瓶颈缺陷进行合理分析，整理得到能够解决这些问题、促进该行业的良性发展对策，以期使整个产业链能够更加高速地发展。基于我国“股权众筹”的实践，针对投资人保护、信息不透明、投资资金安全及与非法集资界限不明确等风险，深入研究“众筹模式”自身缺陷并在此基础上进行完善，并整理归纳得出通过法律途径解决问题的合理措施。
