I think television has an positive influence on society. Firstly, it expresses the news all around the world, so that we can know what really happened there outside neighborhood, then we can be more open to the new opinions. This would definitely broad our horizons and help us engage more knowledge.Secondly, TV program such as soap opera and reality show make our life more colorful , we can spare our time to watch them with our relatives and friends. When we feel depressed, this will definitely make us happier.So I think television programs has more positive than its negative.
