就这种错误日志，疯狂输出，然后服务启动不起来！

原因：

连接数据库的时候，数据库服务器时间的问题

解决问题的办法：

在配置文件中加入关于时间的配置

characterEncoding=UTF-8

  UTC代表的是全球标准时间
