EditPlus 添加 打开文件所在文件夹 功能

添加自定义工具：

Tools -> Configure User Tools... -> Add Tool >>

Menu Text: 打开所在的文件夹
  Command: explorer
 Argument: /select,$(FilePath)
  Initial: $(FileDir)

Action: 选择 Close window on exit
Save: 选择 All Open Files
