Delphi出现“borland license information was found,but it is not valid for delphi”的错误，无法运行的解决方法
1) 删除文件: C:\documents and settings\<username>\.borland\registry.slm，如果在win8或在win7下，即C:\Users\系统账户\.borland
2) 运行 系统目录下...\borland\delphi7\bin\D7Reg.exe
3) 一路单击下一步即可...
4) 打开 Delphi7
