eclipse项目A pseudo attribute name is expected.解决方法

创建的eclipse没有web.xml文件，于是手动建立了WEB-INF文件夹，web.xml文件，复制了一份web.xml，总是报错A pseudo attribute name is expected.
查看原因，如下两种：

1. <?xml version="1.0"，encoding="UTF-8"?>		//中间没有逗号
2. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8">			//结尾缺少问号

我的没有错误，最后我的解决方法是把web.xml文件删除，利用eclipse自动生成XML文件。

右键项目->JavaEE Tools->generate deployment descriptor stup

    <welcome-file>default.jsp</welcome-file>
  </welcome-file-list>
