解决 Anaconda 3.7更新出现CondaHTTPError与SSLError

1、问题描述：

An HTTP error occurred when trying to retrieve this URL.
HTTP errors are often intermittent, and a simple retry will get you on your way.
SSLError(MaxRetryError('HTTPSConnectionPool(host=\'mirrors.conda.anaconda.org\', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /anaconda/cloud/msys2/noarch/repodata.json (Caused by SSLError("Can\'t connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available."))'))

• 下载同版本的python，对相应的文件（如图标记）进行替换。如本文用的python3.7.3
