Openwrt 18.06 Samsung S8 android 9.0 usb tethering cannot work

环境说明：

Ubuntu16.04 Openwrt(linux-4.9.120)

Samsung S8/GL-AR750S Router

问题描述：

在使用USB Tethering的过程中发现，Samsung S8手机在升级android 9.0之前可以正常使用，路由器系统为openwrt 18.06,linux内核为4.9.120；但是在手机升级到android 9.0之后，发现USB Tethering无法使用。

解决方案：

内核需要打patch，Patch链接地址：https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/819317/
