1、TMTC：Telemetry & Telecommand，遥测和遥控

The basic data flow over a space link is made of Telemetry(TM) and Telecommand (TC) data. Thus, the TM downlink and TC uplink provide a communication channel between the spacecraft and the ground operators.
空间链路上的基本数据流由遥测（TM）和遥控（TC）数据组成。因此，TM下行链路和TC上行链路提供了航天器和地面操作员之间的通信信道。

TC is split into:
Direct commands to the spacecraft for reconfiguration
Application-specific commands
TC分为：
直接向航天器发出重新配置命令
特定于应用程序的命令
