1.github下载安装包

https://github.com/alibaba/nacos/releases/download/2.0.3/nacos-server-2.0.3.zip

2.启动命令

安装包解压后，使用命令窗口进入bin目录，执行以下命令：
standalone代表着单机模式运行，
非集群模式:

startup.cmd -m standalone

3.停止命令

shutdown.cmd

4.启动日志

D:\nacos-server-2.1.0\nacos>cd bin

D:\nacos-server-2.1.0\nacos\bin>startup.cmd -m standalone

从启动日志中可以看到访问地址：
