No CUDA toolset found
使用visual studio编译CUDA相关的东西时遇到的
解决方法参考 Building issues [no CUDA toolset found]
要确保目前使用的VS版本安装目录里面的BuildCustomizations目录里面有这类似几个文件:（不管是VS BuildTools还是VS Community）
CUDA 10.2.props
CUDA 10.2.targets
CUDA 10.2.xml
Nvda.Build.CudaTasks.v10.2.dll
(这些文件来自cuda安装目录里面的MSBuildExtensions)
