golang下载包的时候出现 dial tcp 142.251.43.17:443: i/o timeout时候解决

当出现上面的问题，不是每个包都会，有一些包下载不成功就会这样

很简单，有些包在不同的代理下载就是会有问题

这几个代理地址切换试试
