配置文件法

在C:\Users\你的名字\AppData\Roaming\pip文件夹下创建 pip.ini，内容如下

timeout = 6000
index-url = https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
trusted-host = pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn

直接指定法

pip install xxxxxx -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
