问题: Certificate used to sign the license is not signed by JetBrains root certifi（2）

解决方法：

1. 在C盘下搜索vmoptions
   

2. 删除所有 .vmoptions 文件里面的 -javaagent:C:\Users\Public.BetterIntelliJ\BetterIntelliJ-1.16.jar
   

3. 登录成功
