小巧全功能ftp服务器UplusFTP使用

UplusFTP is a FTP server on Windows XP/2003/7/2008/8/2012/10(The project began in 2004. Free but not open source).
Support IPv4 and IPv6(EPRT/EPSV).
Support multi-users & multi-folders.
Support Web file accessing based on the built-in web server.
Support Windows Service mode.

For WinXP and Win2003, please use v1.7 (Not support IPV6)（download url：https://dl.pconline.com.cn/download/60599.html）

同时支持ftp和web访问，可以把web端口设置为0禁用web功能。
以windows服务模式运行时，可以退出控制台。
支持的ftp命令比较齐全，对客户端应用支持较好，体积小，服务应用仅288Kb。
