给exe加dpi相关清单命令

将b清单加给a程序:

mt.exe -nologo -manifest "b.manifest" -outputresource:"a.exe;1"

从a程序提取出2清单:

mt.exe -inputresource:a.exe;#1 -out:2.manifest
