ICD3Err0035: Failed to get Device ID. If you experience persistent problems communicating, the ICD 3

我的ICD3仿真器在MPLAB X上使用过以后，再到MPLAB IDE 8使用的时候无法找到driver id，但是仿真器是能连接上的，就是连不上芯片，然后我在https://www.microchip.com/forums/m/tm.aspx?m=827926&p=1中找到了答案

解决方法：

mplab ide 8

Programmer --> Settings --> Configuration Tab --> Manual Download -->ICD3FW_012643.jam

然后等待固件升级成功即可
