pin limiting the speed

ERROR: E091L: in equation set 1 timing set 1 the period 11.36ns is out of range(first pin limiting the speed: "VDET")

说明：之前遇到过这个问题，是MCK的license设置不合适，这次遇到的问题是DPS-pin，很奇怪。而且在download spec时出现以下警告，以前的工程timing部分也没有添加DPS-pin，并未出现警告：

WARNING： W280： Some DC pins are not used in the following multiport timing specificatiion: MPS_fun.

解决方案会更新。。。。
