解决方法，执行

 rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cuda.list

FROM nvidia/cuda:8.0-cudnn6-devel-ubuntu16.04

RUN rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cuda.list

执行命令后 显示：

root@077dbe967071:/home/l1# apt-key adv --fetch-keys http://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/repos/ubuntu1604/x86_64/7fa2af80.pub

执行后  apt-get update   可以执行：
