1. 这里直接上执行命令: http 代理服务器（squid 服务）ip:port 为 172.50.1.119:3128

netsh winhttp set proxy proxy-server="http://172.50.1.119:3128;https://172.50.1.119:3128"

2. Windows 任何命令可以用 ? 来显示使用方法，类似 Linux 中的 xxx --help 和 man xxx, 比如

C:\Users\Administrator>netsh winhttp ?
