做谷粒学院项目，用nginx出现nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (10013: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions)

百度一下说是端口被占用了。

具体操作：

运行–cmd

命令：netstat -aon|findstr "80" ，查找该端口

 再跟进TCPID查询，输入命令tasklist|findstr "2448"

 在服务进程中关闭该服务，运行成功。
