如果在windows上同时安装了python2和python3，

如果想指定使用python2还是python3；可以使用如下方法：
使用python2：py -2
使用python3：py -3

如果在此情况下还要使用pip：
使用python2：py -2 -m pip install xxxxx
使用python3：py -3 -m pip install xxxxx
