[Oracle] LeetCode 1802 Maximum Value at a Given Index in a Bounded Array

You are given three positive integers: n, index, and maxSum. You want to construct an array nums (0-indexed) that satisfies the following conditions:

Return nums[index] of the constructed array.

二分答案。从贪心的角度出发,我们可能构成的序列,必须是以 \(index\) 为中心,然后左右都是等差数列直到 \(1\).
