1.使用命令行进入mysql：

mysql -uroot -proot

2. 设置 super  权限   //注释：kyxj 为账户名称 

grant super on *.* TO 'kyxj'@'localhost';

此处就设置完成；运行自定义函数即可。

  删除 super  权限

 revoke super on *.* from 'kyxj'@'localhost';
