首先找到配置文件my.ini

找到安装的MySQL文件夹中找到my.ini配置文件

添加skip-grant-tables

找到 my.ini 配置文件 找到 [mysqld] 在这句话的下面添加 skip-grant-tables

重新启动服务

net stop mysql 停止服务
net start mysql 启动服务
mysql -hlocalhost -uroot -p; 进入mysql

修改

先输入 flush privileges; 不然可能会报下面的错误

The MySQL server is running with the --skip-grant-tables option so it cannot execute

然后输入 grant all privileges on *.* to 'root'@'localhost' identified by '你的密码';
之后再次输入 flush privileges;
然后 control + C 键退出 后再尝试重新链接
