出现报错时，并没有改动任何代码就突然报错了。所以考虑是环境问题。和元素定位有关的一个是selenium一个是浏览器。
pip list查看selenium的版本并没有改变，则考虑浏览器问题。突然想到前几天升级了chrome浏览器，但是没有替换对应的chromedriver.exe。替换chromedriver.exe后运行程序不会报错。
