解决方法:

问题是tweepy不允许您在同一条Tweet上发布两次,因此,为解决此问题,我添加了以下代码行：

for status in tweepy.Cursor(api.user_timeline).items():
    try:
        api.destroy_status(status.id)
    except:
        pass

上面的代码删除了之前的推文,因此我的下一条推文不会失败.
