解决方法:
如果您使用的是Linux操作系统：
>从requirements.txt中删除matplotlib == 1.3.1
>尝试使用sudo apt-get install python-matplotlib进行安装
>运行pip install -r requirements.txt(Python 2),或者运行pip3 install -r requirements.txt(Python 3)
> pip freeze> requirements.txt
如果您使用的是Windows操作系统：
> python -m pip install -U pip setuptools
> python -m pip install matplotlib
