我的解决方案,如果有人需要它,是用CSharpCodeProvider编译的,
这个参数:

然后我甚至不需要从它构建一个DLL,结果是一个可用的程序集.

如果你真的需要在运行时加载然后删除一个程序集,你仍然可以使用它

然后你可以删除dll,但需要一些内存.
