我在谷歌关闭库讨论组中收到了这个答案.这是解决方案.

在导入脚本之前放置事件require：

<script>goog.require('goog.events');</script>
<script src="whatever your script is.js"></script>

问题是goog.require()需要在比你使用代码更早的传递上进行评估,并且goog.inherits()在同一传递上运行.
