执行打包命令
python setup.py bdist_wheel
用户根路径下创建~/.pypirc，填写如下配置：
[distutils]
index-servers=pypi
[pypi]
repository = https://upload.pypi.org/legacy/
username = pypi用户名
password = pypi用户密码
