《脆弱的力量》是我最早看的TED演讲之一,也是我最喜欢的TED演讲之一,这里传递了一个很重要重要的生活理念:人人都有脆弱,我们只有坦诚地面对脆弱并接受脆弱,才能真正善待自己,善待爱我们的人,才能换来真正的自我。

When you ask people about belongings, they’ll tell you their most excruciating experiences of being excluded.
