QT5.12.0安卓平台搭建（完美运行）

一直用QT5.5.1，周末无事，升级到5.14，发现各版本的NDK都无法完美运行，有换成5.9，还是各种出错
最后发现，QT版本与NDK版本有兼容问题，具体原因未知，只能按网上大神的推荐去摸索安装使用
完美运行并编译出APK文件的版本如下：
1.NDK下载：android-ndk-r19c-windows-x86_64.zip

测试后发现，r18和R19能完美匹配QT5.12.0
