将文件上传到FTP服务器时报错451 No mapping for the Unicode

ftp将文件复制到FTP服务器时报错451 No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page.
一、FTP上传文件夹报错：
将文件复制到FTP服务器时发生错误。请检查是否有权限将文件放到该服务器上。详细信息：
200 Type set to l.
227 Entering Passive Mode（10，100，10，77，214，101）.
451 No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page.

二、根据unicode character 判断是字符集错误，在“管理FTP站点”-高级设置中找到对应选项。

三、Ftp那边设置的是utf8=true,那就只能输入utf8格式的文件了,所以要把这个编码检测设置为false,允许任何编码的文件上传.

四、微软的东东 默认UTF8字符，按照以上步骤修改后测试 上传成功。
