android-无法使用GCM接收推送通知

我正在使用GCM实现推送通知.我成功获取了令牌和实例ID,服务器在发送通知时也返回了成功,但我无法在手机上显示通知.请帮忙!!!

解决方法:

如下更改权限,然后检查
