Hello, everyone, I am He Liao, here are my two team members Liu Yudai and Dai Runhang. Today, our team will give a presentation about our research, which is focused on the satisfaction of campus WLAN of Xi'an Jiaotong University.
Our presentation includes 4 parts in total. They are "satisfaction with consumption", "attitude to speed and coverage", and "what people want".
Recently, a new rule for campus WLAN provoked a heated debate among students, you can see people arguing with the campus WLAN every day. Hence, We wonder if we research how people are dissatisfied with the campus WLAN, what would the result be?
In general, our research result is to send questionary to students in the college. There are 6 questions in the questionary. They are "Are you satisfied with the campus WLAN?", "How much money do you spend on campus WLAN per term?", "Are you satisfied with the price of the campus WLAN?", "Can the speed of campus WLAN satisfy your daily requirement?", "Can you use the campus WLAN everywhere you go on the campus?", "Can you sort the importance of the aspects for the campus WLAN to improve?". We got 34 results in the end. After that, we discussed about it together and finally found some interesting conclusions.
Now, let's talk about the first part, the satisfaction with consumption. In our analysis, we regard that participants who give more than 60 points to one problem are moderately satisfied with the aspect, and participants who give more than 80 points to the problem are satisfied with the aspect.
Because there is only 1 person who spends 200-300 yuan, so we can ignore it, and only focus on 0-100 yuan and 100-200 yuan.
In the first graph, you can see that people who spend 100-200 yuan on the campus WLAN are less satisfied with the speed, but have a larger scale of moderately satisfied. Also, people who spend more money are more satisfied with the price. It means that spending more money can improve your experience with the campus WLAN to some degree. But we can also see the difference is not obvious. It leads to another conclusion: The extra money you paid for the campus WLAN may not be worth it.
