解决方法:
重新安装Pycharm并从头开始再次设置python包后问题已得到解决,除非这次使用python 64-bit(之前使用的是32位).而且,我使用的是Continuum Analytics的python包管理器.我不再使用它,因此也可能是罪魁祸首.
