JavaScript-TypeError：无法在IE 10上获取未定义或空引用的属性’ngMetadataName’

在IE 10中,出现以下错误：(但在IE 11中是正常的)

解决方法:

我已经将angular-cli从6.0.8更新为6.2.3(最新),它解决了上述错误.
